1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the BLASS College platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tutor accounts are subject to review and approval before profiles become publicly discoverable.

3. Bookings and Sessions

Students may request sessions with approved tutors based on posted availability. A booking is confirmed only once the tutor accepts the request. Both parties are expected to honor scheduled sessions and to communicate cancellations promptly.

4. Courses and Content

Tutors retain ownership of the course materials they author. By publishing content on BLASS College, tutors grant enrolled students a limited licence to access that content for personal learning. Redistribution without permission is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by harassing other users, uploading unlawful content, or attempting to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
